I read somewhere this morning where these bombs were not stable and could have exploded, but didn’t.
Which is why I went with the thought that these were more for intimidation than for actual destruction.

Sure there will be. Trump will raise 300 million to build it, spend a fourth of that on the library, and dare anyone to ask where the rest of the money was stashed.

A difference without a distinction. He sent booms that were booms,the fact that they didn’t kill anyone really doesn’t matter legally, it does to the folks that didn’t die of course, but really it doesn’t matter and trying to make that distinction only minimizes what he did.
