update? (via multiple media sources)
Corsi told various media outlets Monday that Mueller offered him a deal in which Corsi would have to plead guilty to one count of perjury — but that he intended to reject the deal. This comes two weeks after Corsi claimed he was about to be indicted for perjury.
Corsi claims to have “totally forgotten about this email, as it turned
out I forgot about virtually all my 2016 emails in the intervening
time.”
Isn’t that special?

Unless he can show us photos of the ice pick rearranging his grey matter, I ain’t buying it.
2016 was Corsi’s Woodstock, apparently.
It’s what happens when you take the brown acid.
Time for Michael Moore to make a sequel to Roger and Me…
“I forgot armed robbery was illegal.”
- Steve Martin
“Deleted” emails, Jerome, not “forgot”.
How could he forget his interactions with Wikileaks when the reports of meddling by Russia/Wikileaks came out in late 2016?
OT, but I got a kick out this headline…“Facebook’s Potemkin Everything”…so true…right down to the fact that it is at core only facilitating everyone having Potemkin human relationships and interactions. Let me be clear: Fuck you and your pictures of your baby doing something everyone’s baby has done throughout history. It’s not special, just a shitting, vomiting, resource vacuum vortex of need that you’re raising wrong, just like everyone else.
Frankly, at this point, I’ve begun wondering whether we could have some fun with proposed legislation for shutting down FB and other major “social media” networks during the 60 days prior to an election. Let’s wave THAT fire under Zuckerberg’s sad little fuzzy manpeach and see if that changes his tune, because all I’m really seeing so far is a desperate scramble by him and his cohorts to find a way to save the income generated by the use of the platform to disseminate wild disinformation, conspiracies and propaganda by hiding it better, rebranding it and attacking the messengers who threaten that revenue stream…
Corsi
\ˈkȯrs•ê\ noun
Shameless grifter trying to parlay a marginal role in a criminal conspiracy into his own private car on the conservative victimhood gravy train, right behind Ollie North’s car and in front of Robert Bork’s.
I like that suit.
More like “Brownshirt Acid”
Stone has denied any advance knowledge of the release of Podesta’s hacked emails. He told ABC that the message “proves I had no advance knowledge of contents of WikiLeaks’ DNC material, and like every politico and journalist in America, I wanted to know what the content matter was.”
The e-mail was sent in July, 2016, with Stone apparently asking Corsi to get in touch with Wilkileaks regarding stolen e-mails. He focuses on DNC e-mails, but what about Hillary’s? We know Trump had an avid interest in obtaining those.
What “good” reason would there be for Stone to contact Wikileaks?
…he “reloaded 2016” after getting his laptop back from the FBI. There, he
“found the email dated July 25, 2016, in which Roger Stone …
Who actually has the email on their laptops these days? It’s really on a server that you access from your laptop, right?
It’s sad that Mueller can’t find anything higher than a lie to him during all this time. It’s the same old crap. He does almost nothing. The media fawns over him. Then he comes up with a lie someone told about something that happened in 2016. No one in their right mind remembers the email or text messages they wrote in 2016. Mueller wasted his time and now it’s all falling apart and there’s nothing he can do about it. I’ve maintained for a very long time now that Mueller is corrupt. I still hold this view. Stating obvious facts might be against TPM rules but someone has to say it.
Mueller is supposed to be the best in the country but his best seems to be catching people not remembering an email and then calling it a lie. I see an abuse of power here. He needs to spend his time going after the White House, not playing with bit players over their memory lapses from two years ago.
I would have called my book
“How I Sold Out American to the Russians: One Beautiful and Talented Crow’s Journey to the Dark Side”
but it’s hard to come up with a really good name when you have a prison sentence hanging over your head I guess
bravo
I dunno why they are offering Corsi any kind of deal. He is notorious fabulist even by the Trump standards and his testimony is going to be worthless in any decent court of law.
