Discussion: Relative Gives Bizarre Defense Of Josh Duggar Amid Molestation Allegations

Here’s a glimpse in the insular odd world of these people:

“…Josh didn’t sin because he was repressed, he sinned because like all of us he is a sinner.”

BULLSH*T! Not all of us are child molesters. Very few. If we’re relating the concept of “sin” on a comparative level, Josh came close to the motherlode. Duggar may have had some normal sexual curiosity completely warped by living in a house where his parents were screwing like moneys, making babies 24/7, turning said depravity into cold hard grifting cash and treating the female children like indentured servants.

Nope, no excuse, no forgiveness, get help.

Two words: I wasn’t.

If your god considers molestation a spiritually strengthening opportunity, your god is impotent.

The stupidity is mind boggling

I read this on another website and what really pissed me off was his last line about how Jesus would help the victims with the pain and GUILT. What GUILT do the victims have. A 4 year old “Asked for it”. This Father In Law is sick…

Yep, the rest of us aren’t worthy of their forgiveness or ANY forgiveness. They are worthy of forgiveness because they say so. And that’s that.

I doubt a deep theological motivation moved Huckabee’s tiny little feet to break a land speed record in parking His Lordship most curiously next to a microphone in support of the super, extra “young teenager”.

“Here is a warning for everyone reading this, by condemning a repentant sinner you have placed yourself in the place of God … We are never to condone sin, and the sins of Josh’s youth are reprehensible,” Seewald wrote. “Civil penalties are sometimes required and we should never begrudge the victims of crimes or the civil authorities from seeking justice, but we are not to condemn repentant sinners in our hearts or with our tongues or pens.”

Thanks for the warning. Now, go fuck yourself.

These people and their defenders are absolutely fucking despicable, especially that walking enema bag Mike Huckabee. I hope they all end up living in a ditch, except for the girls who were abused, but even they are so damned brainwashed that they will probably defend Josh Duggar, and if they do, they can go fuck themselves for all I care.

“Here is a warning for everyone reading this…”

“…You’re about to read some really stupid shit that may actually infuriate you because of just how far into derpdom it goes.”

We are not supposed to judge the Duggar’s, but they sure as hell don’t seem to have a problem condemning the rest of us. What a bunch of hypocrites ! ! !

A few words more: “I’m really digging my 15 minutes.”

Of course I’m not shocked. Bringing up boys to believe they have authority over girls and training girls to be submissive makes abusive relationships almost inevitable. Toss in a victim blaming/woman shaming ideology, and you have a recipe for sexual abuse with a serving of “forgiveness” for dessert.

I am very glad to see that the toxic Quiverfull rhetoric is on full display getting the response it deserves, instead of just the Duggar family getting the van Trapp treatment from TLC. If you have a strong stomach, here’s a look at the type of “counseling” the ministry that the Duggars belong to offers sexual offenders.

My heart goes out to the girls. I hope that at some point they get appropriate therapy and medical treatment.

God, now THIS guy makes me sick. The whole “righteous” stinking bunch of them.

Begone, and go to your heavens!

‘He argued that all people are capable of depravity and most only stop themselves from committing an offense because of “lack of opportunity or fear of consequences.”’

Baudelaire really said it better.

I don’t care about Jesus’ forgiveness but I do care about equality before the law.
