I like this. And it has the extra benefit of being true.
this is true for a lot of politicians who run for another office.
Come on Harry, you are letting him off easy. He should be sued for wages and the cost of his benefits, as well as the wages and benefits of all of his office staff.
Rubio: I believe in small govt. My absence saves utilities and other expenses. We can save more money by getting rid of all Democrats in Senate.
Boom!
Reid has Jedi trolling skills.
Just what the Senate needs another sit on their a** republican who hates the job.
Harry is wrong. It’s federal taxpayers who should sue The Empty Suit. He’s been paid out of the federal treasury.
On the other hand, Florida citizens could sue him for dereliction of duty. Which is fancy legalese for not showing up for work.
I love it that Harry Reid can be so understated in his delivery, but lethal with his punch.
Who is it that says Harry Reid is a wimp?
he should have added that at least Rubio was honest enough to not show up unlike most of the rest of his friends across the isle who show up but do about as much real work as Rubio…
He did everything but call him “little Marco”.
It’s really a nice line of attack. Because now, Rubio needs to explain why he wants to be reelected to a position he obviously disdains…as reflected by his poor attendance.
Sharon Angle: Reid is a very mean person.
Please, oh please let Lil Marco respond.
[laugh, laugh, laugh, laugh]
What’s the employment law in FL for no call/no show for work? In some states if you miss 3 days without calling in it’s job abandonment.
Although we’re all just as glad Rubio wasn’t in the senate, making the country’s governance even worse.
Just don’t vote for the slob.
Go for it Harry, but you need to come up with more substance. What politician is not complained about that campaigns? I’m sure Obama will be criticized for time spent on the trail, too. Personally, I wouldn’t vote for him on his injection of religion into politics and his support of Trump, period.
Chris _gautreau: We’re talking about Rubio here. Enough of the false equivilancy.
Recently little Marco said he didn’t hate the Senate he just hated the way Harry Reid ran it. He didn’t even come to work enough to know that Mitch McConnell ran the senate.
