“Circumventing requirements established by federal recordkeeping and transparency laws” is justified by the Trump administration wanting to keep all of its illegal and unconstitutional actions secret.
And to keep their typos secret too - can’t leave proof of their stupidity lying around for just anybody to see or use against them in a lawsuit or political ad.
