It’s not up to Trump to ignore the decision — Mazars is the one with the documents and the subject of the subpoena. They will turn over the docs ASAP unless Trump gets a Court of Appeals Judge to issue an emergency stay of the District Court’s order and a temporary restraining order preventing the document production.
ETA: I’m assuming Cummings doesn’t voluntarily suspend enforcement of the subpoena pending appeal, as he did pending this ruling. That would be taking comity too far.

I am not a lawyer, but I am a historian with a keen interest in public opinion.
Trump has elated and invigorated people who wish for vengeance on the 21 Century, its demography and its women.
Those of us who oppose Trump have had little respite since 2015. It has been a beat-down by a sociopath.

This has been my position. Requiring the Congress to begin a formal impeachment inquiry before allowing ANY investigation encroaches on the Congress’s constitutionally prescribed right to determine its own process under Article 1, Sec 5.
