When he took the plea bargain he signed away all appeal rights. Once he violates probation they can keep him as long as they like. The prison, probation, and police officers’ recommendations will carry great weight in any future court hearings.

He should’ve just asked the clan, with a ‘C’, to loan him a gun or two. The Cliven Cowboy Clan, CCC, has more guns than brains, there’s probably a few just left lying around, locked and loaded.
The Bundy’s are criminals, that’s all there is to it. Hiding behind cows during the commission of their crimes doesn’t make it less of a crime, it just makes them a little more suspicious.
What else are they doing with those animals that no one would suspect? I’m going with drugs and harboring criminals.
