Well, all I can say is, if she was estranged from her parents before, I can certainly believe they will never be in the same room again without bodyguards.

I bet if offered a free DNA test, she would say no, so she can continue on this path uninhibited (well, I don’t know if they are my parents - yes, but if you refuse the test, then obviously no one else will know either).
This story is awful on so many levels.

Her deception was advantaging her until this point – but she wanted to boost her victim status as head of the NAACP – and it backfired. However, I have no doubt that this is just the kind of person who will find a way to parlay her negative notoriety into a lucrative media deal of some sort. And of course, we will be outraged and fascinated by the sheer audacity of it.
She does share some personality traits with the ex-governor of Alaska.
I’ve about had my fill of this story. She’s a shyster knowingly perpetrating a fraud. And MHP can make all the sympathetic philosophical gobbledygook she wants out of this story. I’m still not seeing any broader meaning on our “understanding about race”, as MHP likes to put it. Ignore this woman’s intentional lies and deceit if you will, but without it, you’ll walk away distorting how incredibly offensive her actions have been to others. She may be able to find a way to live with her lies…but she shouldn’t expect others to. Bottom line for me: she suffers from a persecution complex of some weird kind. Therapy is all I can suggest.
She then told Guthrie that she is “definitely not white.”
