I sure hope they know what they’re doing, maybe the notoriety will give them a layer of protection that has eluded others. Maybe they have a taste for prison food, this is so reckless it borders on foolhardy.
Putin was at the game, this was a direct slap in the face, tyrannical despots usually don’t react well in these sorts of situations, anything less than a brutal reprisal will be seen as a sign of weakness.
