One of the really good things the EPA did in the past (beyond helping to clean up Cleveland’s Cuyahoga River that tended to catch fire) was make grants to scientists so that they could study the effects of pollution on the environment. but of course that shouldn’t happen cuz all that sciencey stuff is done by left wing radicals.
