“Pruitt said that there is “tremendous disagreement” about the impact that human activity has on the climate among the Energy Lobbyists who pay his bills and that he has been instructed by them not agree that carbon dioxide is a primary factor to climate change.”

TFIFY.

Absolutely no surprise there. I do have a question, though: what has come out of the emails that were obtained from his time in OK? Didn’t they prove perjury?

Later in the interview : “I don’t agree that gravity is a major factor in why things fall.”

What worries me is WHEN (I know, I know) a Democrat comes into office, the mess s/he will face will be beyond comprehension. The money drained from all of these agencies needing to be reallocated, etc. God knows what the healthcare landscape will look like. And then the conflating will begin. Within two months, the Democrats will be blamed for the disaster caused by you know who. Yes, it sounds familiar

Did Pruitt consult his wishing bones? Because scientific consensus is that carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas, and a major factor in climate change/global warming. Pruitt is a shameless shill for polluters.

And all his friends at the Flat Earth Society agree with him.

Republican science, pulled straight from their asses just like everything else…

They assume that people who acknowledge climate change are anti growth. That’s just stupid.

Pruitt later added that in his opinion, the jury is “still out” regarding whether water is actually wet.

He is going to face lawsuits from multiple state AsG as his personal beliefs turn into new policies. I’d say “lock him up” is already justified.

No kidding. If you support solar or wind power, you’re seen as “anti-energy.” WTF?

to them, fossil fuels equals energy, so if you are against fossil fuels, you are against energy. Or something.

The new head of the Environmental Protection Agency Scott Pruitt said on Thursday that he does not believe that carbon dioxide is a “primary contributor” to climate change.

Simple Aristotelian syllogism:

  • Dry ice is carbon dioxide.
  • Dry ice is cold.
  • Therefore, carbon dioxide is cold.

QED, libtards!

The Republican war on science marches on.

Tremendous disagreement among climate change deniers, but a consensus among the scientific community.

Ladies and Gentlemen I present the head of the EPA!

We’re all fucked.

Put him in a idling car stuffed in a garage.
When he looks drowsy ask him if he can feel his climate change.
Then toss in a fresh bottle of Oxygen.
wonder if he will notice the difference.

Applying your syllogism to the challenge posed by @charliee

  • Carbon dioxide is dry ice
  • Ice is water
  • Therefore, water is dry

The jury is still out on the effect that will have on a duck’s back.

Or more simply, you are standing in the way of his cronies of making as much money as possible. It isn’t like those companies can’t invest in and make money on alternative power, it’s just that while they can make as much money as possible without investing - why not keep doing it. All about $$$.
