Choose the right battles. This guy was doing home invasions and armed robberies. Wait for the video to be public and for evidence to be shown. For now these people have no idea what happened at the scene. But we do know two people called in a disturbance and a battery, and the cop heard a disturbance inside. If he does not go in and someone gets killed, they criticize him for that likely.
Just like Ferguson. Brown’s parents have very little chance in a civil suit. What SHOULD happen is that the back citizens of Ferguson who got shafted by the cops should file a civil suit. THAT is a legit suit, and there is an excellent chance of winning it.
But this case reeks of a kid who just liked guns and crime. Will the specifics say otherwise? Perhaps, but you really have no just cause to protest at this point.
People who do home invasions are just depraved. Even if you need to steal something back from a person you felt ripped you off, you do it with no one home. No, I am not advocating that, just making a distinction.
