Discussion: Prosecutors: D'Souza 'Exploiting' Fact That He's Obama Critic In Attempt To Avoid Prosecution

Maybe D’Souza should start talking about “government overreach” and “posse commitatus.” Seems to work for others of his ilk.

I was going to call it the Wanker Defense, but your title really cuts to the heart of it.

Dinesh is scared out of his mind about ONE thing; losing a piece of his life. Therefore, after he’s convicted:

  1. No fines
  2. No plea bargains
    3 No early release

Jail.

IN THE GENERAL POPULATION in the worst shithole we can find.

Dinesh is trying so hard to get the Republican Victimhood Express behind him for support. He may not have noticed that the usual whiney conservative supporters are a little busy right now with another victimhood project known as the Clive Bundy Support Group. Intervention has been rough so far, but it’s still a work in progress…

Great analysis, SRfromGR. I wanted to “like” it but was told I have used up all my likes for the day. Your post is so true, the victimhood express is overwhelmed with all the crying from Hannity, Bundy, Grimm and Stockman and that is just today.

Ever the victim. The hallmark of the new conservative.

Oh, could you have something there?! Another Hannity star?

Perry’s never shy about hopping on that sophistry bandwagon.

I’ll disagree with respect. If his despicable teahadding really was being rewarded with an unexpected criminal charge or civil charge, that would be karma. But in effect he got away with his repulsive smear campaign.

No, he needed to add actual bad acts that fall under the criminal code to get his deceitful propagandizing ass in hot water - election tampering. Only in that felonious fashion was he able to attract attention of the jailerman. Oh BTW, here his on Fox praising their great hero Bundy (I didn’t look at their tawdry agitprop, just stumbled on it, but you and others can if desired.)

As I stumbled upon below, he already has.

Nor will that hideous rug garner you any sympathy at trial.

“Whuyyy, that there hairpiece of yourn makes me lonely for my Bobby Sue.”

Pop goes the weasel…

This is precisely what I said in the comment section of the previous D’Souza article. This is the GOP wet dream – the daily double of getting to lie vociferously about the President and then claiming immunity from criminal charges because of those lies. It’s a self-perpetuating fallacy that defines the conservative mentality.

I griped a lot when Bush was president, didn’t realize that I missed the opportunity to carry out a crime spree and blame it on a sinister conspiracy that goes right up to the highest offices of the land.
