partisan judge makes a partisan ruling. I’m not a lawyer and I don’t play one on the teevee, but Randa needs to be off the case.

Walker just wants to avoid an October surprise. The 501(tp) organizations want to erode the separation between official political campaigns and the Astroturf campaigns dropping in out-of-state money to influence the outcome.
Something here has the stank of Koch all over it…why do they have to cease the investigation? Because a Kochwhore judge said so? I think an appleal is in order.

Sleazy, secret back room deals are a travesty of justice. They affect the credibility of the American public in the justice system. They are also unfair to defendants like Scott Walker who have been accused of a crime. They should be able to make their case in court and the chance to prove their innocence. Crimes should be tried not settled. Criminals should be punished and required to pay restitution.
An appeal was filed.
The attorney filing the plea, Stephen Biskupic is a Republican operative who is looking tro aid Walker by getting a plea to cover all potential charges and destroy the evidence. He didn’t take the lead to get justice served but to serve Wanker.
