While he’s doing that I would also recommend that he work on his understanding of what “good enough” means. I think he was absent the day they explained that.

I’d love to try to be a ‘spy’ for them. I’d record mundane conversations about coffee & clothes and turn in it as a ‘gotcha’ video. It’ll be a total waste of their time. Once they ask me to leave I’ll beg and plead to stay, I’ll do better, just give me a chance!, then totally waste their time again - infinity.
