Bannon - that is on YOU. You are the chief (policy!) advisor. You advised. Apparently your advise was to let others DO - and sign off on it as seen by Trumps promotion.
Either you aren’t an advisor (that what the hell are you doing?), or you’re an advisor whose just been dealt a blow, or you are a really, really poor advisor altogether. You don’t get to pull yourself off the hook.

The thing that kills me is that ten seconds after we next have a Democratic president and Congress, voters will once again develop amnesia about the inability of Republicans to govern and how their attempts to try to turn index card talking points into policy always creates disasters.

I just can’t understand why the House Republicans don’t simply line up behind Trump’s fabulous [sic] health insurance plan. Everyone would be covered, it would be cheaper than anything they’ve got now, and it would be really wonderful. The bill would be only one page long. What are they waiting for?!
