He was planning to nuke the kingdom into a glass slab, I swear, but the pussies at DOD raised a bunch of objections (who could have known that nukes are so expensive, even in bulk?) so he went for the second toughest option.
It is easy to assume that the people responsible are the ones who had their visas revoked.
