My guess is the FBI is probably investigating not only the Brown shooting along those lines, but will be looking for patterns of abuse by a overwhelmingly white police force against a majority black community.

But like I said, I havenā€™t read or heard exactly why they are there yet.

And as of yesterday the cops havenā€™t been interested in actually talking to eyewitnesses. Thatā€™s pretty damning.

Actually that is the single worst part of this entire episode. The cops are acting more like an occupying army than police officers doing their job.

Nobody in civilian authority is demanding the police do their job.

Its pretty obvious that they never had any interest in ā€œinvestigatingā€ this shooting. And its moved way beyond the shooting of one black man multiple times by a police officer. It looks like an occupying army engaged in suppression because that is what it has become.
