Discussion: Police: Teen Was 'Primary Suspect' In Robbery At Time Of Shooting

That’s what I was thinking.

These people are idiots and their motivation couldn’t be any clearer. They’re trying to justify the shooting by claiming Brown was the primary suspect in a robbery but even our illustrious MSM ain’t buying it. If they think slandering Brown is going to make this thing go away, they’ve got another thing coming.

According to the police chief, Brown “highly reassembled” a robbery suspect, i.e., a young black male.

So Wilson was just following department SOP – if you see anyone fitting that description, shoot first and to hell with the questions.

The fabrication-- in order to not unravel immediately-- has to be forensically perfect.
This is gonna prove to be an amateurish, panicked effort; unravelling under digital scrutiny.
Video and computer timestamps will kill this pretty quickly IMHO.

Regardless of the crime, when Brown turned and surrendered, the cop should never have pulled the trigger again.

No one excuses theft, petty or not, no one defends assault, even if it was just shirt-grabbing, and if the man in the pics is Brown, those are conclusions we can draw from this.

But when the policeman who is tasked with apprehending the alleged criminal decides to become judge, jury and executioner, it makes Michael’s crimes pale in comparison.

If one of the shopkeepers had shot him dead when it happened, they would have had more right to do that than the cop who finally stopped him.

The rage that runs rampant through our police ranks came to the surface here, and regardless of any other issue (which FOX and fiends et al will try to make the real issue) the shots that actually killed Brown were clearly unnecessary.

I do think this may remove the capital murder accusations from the media coverage, though, it may well be called a crime of passion.

But we still know only a fraction of the evidence that our professionals will uncover in the legal process.

Unfortunately, it is too late for Michael Brown to receive the same professional treatment.

I want to know what socks and footware Michael Brown was wearing when he was shot. Pretty distinctive combo in those security camera stills.

Filing a false police report in Missouri

Why didn’t they arrest Darian Johnson?

Smells indeed.

This was the video I saw earlier of the police putting his body into an SUV, or of any picture of his body in the street. It was there for hours. Here’s a still. http://i.ytimg.com/vi/TnlR0N1yO28/0.jpg

I totally agree agree with you. They better ‘hope’ they have their I’s dotted and T’s crossed, because this could end up being a conspiracy within the police department, and if so, the Justice Department should ready to pounce.

I’ll bet this robbery happened days or weeks before Brown was killed.

Such bullshit. I’m surprised they didn’t drop a throw-away gun on him after shooting him with his hands in the air.

Let’s pretend that instead of a “suspect” in a robbery, you had a convicted, guaranteed guilty mass murderer, would that justify shooting an unarmed person lying on the ground?

You have hit on the key point. When Brown ran Wilson got out his car and shot. Wilson apparently hit Brown in the back. Brown turned around and raised his hands in surrender. Instead of doing what a policeman should do, Wilson simply executed Brown right there.

If the witnesses are correct, Wilson is a murderer even if Brown committed a robbery and assaulted Wilson in the car.

The best this robbery talk does is reduce a capital murder charge to some lesser included crime.

Yeah, I hear you NCSteve, so if he smokes or did smoke a 'blunt" the toxicology test should prove that, however, it SHOULDN’T make a dimes worth of difference. This why there’s been all this silence and non-transparency.

Hmm, a WEEK later they “suddenly” find information that he was a “Primary Suspect” in a robbery (when the guy in the video stills doesn’t look anything like him.) AND they say he had an accomplice, who for SOME REASON they refused to interview, talk to at the scene, or arrest, or even detain during or after the murder of Brown.
Yeah. A DAY after the situation is defused and their tactics shown to be cowardly and stupid they come out with THIS?!?!?!

Well, at least they got the clothes to match those that Brown had on laying dead in the street:

Guys, just a plea here.

I haven’t had the stomach to look, but over in the Angry White Fearful Hater Guy places on the net, you know and I know that, even as we speak, a bubbling pool of speculation that transmutes into fact faster than an artificial transuranic transmutes into lead.

We need not to be like them.
