Actually the people who never changed their story all said he was coming toward Wilson. It’s the one’s who said he was surrendering, shot in the back, shot while on the ground pleading “don’t shoot”, etc., that not only changed their stories, but in fact many later admitted they did not actually even see the incident, they just repeated what they heard. All this is in the documents released, and the Grand Jury heard ALL the testimony from ALL the witnesses.

With the initial encounter when he told them to get off the street, yes, correct. Then when he drove off and looked in the mirror he realized they matched the description of the suspects in the strong arm robbery.
