Discussion for article #244140
Well for now he should STFU. Manning’s comments aren’t of the style or tenor of an innocent man. He’s rationalizing and equivocating. I think he did it. Al. J is sticking with their story and they should.
I watched the terrific movie “Concussion” yesterday. Then later, I watched the Al Jazeera doping documentary online, link: http://america.aljazeera.com/articles/2015/12/27/al-jazeera-investigates-secret-world-of-sports-doping.html
The documentary was very well done and convincing. I can see why the NFL and players are going after this documentary, they cannot deny the facts in " Concussion", so they’re hitting at the Al Jazeera documentary as hard as they can. These two documentaries are like two swift kicks in the nuts to Goodall and the NFL. Fortunately, because of this documentary by Al Jazeera, I found out they have a website again. They agreed to drop their website back when they bought Al Gore’s TV station, It’s now back on my favorites list
Well I don’t care about Manning one way or the other, but the guy who is the source has now recanted everything so it seems he is more suspect than Manning, I have seen Manning’ss reaction and he sounds pretty credible to me
Read the ESPN article, seems they are trying to make something of the fact that (1) Manning does not defend his wife, (2) the wife has said nothing… For heavens sake even Dr Lisa from the TV program The Doctors is selling HGH on commercials as the “perfect” diet and anti-aging cream… even giving it away… wife is getting older and more than likely bought into the perpetual youth idiocy of American TV… yea if it was my wife I’d also keep my mouth shut… if is a no win situation.
As for the story on AJ, can believe it as NFL will do anything to keep the $$$$ rolling in and Manning is big $$$$.
