‘People are Terrified’… think about that. That should frickin terrify the rest of us. Goings on in the WH are so damning in some way that people working there are “Terrified” of those types of things being exposed via audiotape.
We know it is bad in the WH - but it makes me want to mimic the old Gene Rayburn line: "It was so bad… (cue the audience) ‘How bad was it?’
Omarosa will only galvanize Trump’s base of MAGAats consisting of undereducated white’s in the low income bracket and unskilled so employment is unstable at best and of course love the NRA. This is a segment of the US population that Trump and the white nationalist movement is totally reliant on and that you see at the so called Trump ongoing campaign rallies.
When Trump finally goes down and the rats in his organized crime syndicate in the White House start turning on each other, there will be a lot of people going to jail.
John Kelly, a so called ex-Marine General, is the biggest disgrace to the US Marine Corp in decades. Kelly is a flat out racist and that is very much against what the US Marines stand for and fight for…the Marines fight for Freedom for all Americans including Puerto Ricans who Kelly refused to help after their 2 devastating hurricanes where over 4,000 fellow Americans died!
The comments on the Giuliani thread aren’t open yet, but it bears repeating with him saying he’s closer to the President than she is:
“HE’S MY BOYFRIEND!!!”
“NO, HE’S MY BOYFRIEND!!!”
“NO, HE’S MY BOYFRIEND!!!”
“NO, HE’S MY BOYFRIEND!!!”
“NO, HE’S MY BOYFRIEND!!!”
“NO, HE’S MY BOYFRIEND!!!”…
I don’t care which of them is further up the hindend than the other, but this sounds like Middle school to me.
Well, the most important thing she has done so far is to confirm what we all knew circumstantially: that Trump, who announced in advance of the Wikileaks dump of stolen DNC emails, that he was going to make a major speech about the Clintons, knew from the Russians that the emails were stolen and were going to be released.
I don’t know - people could get so incensed about their hero being taken down by [horrors] a woman of color that they may turn out in droves to demonstrate their support.
I take nothing for granted with his supporters - I don’t think they’ve ever operated with the normal standards.
Do we have proof that Mueller did speak with Omarosa? I know she claims it, but I don’t recall reading or hearing about it, though in all the cluster fuck I could have easily missed that and Mueller probably has talked to all kinds of people and it wasn’t made known.
I would think it would be beyond stupid to say that you did speak with SC and did not.
The perfect world will be all of these Trump people end up in a furball that literally rolls them out of town, chewing, scratching and spiting one another. As the snarl vanishes in the distance, functional people return to their desks and start rebuilding reality.
It would also seem ill-advised to publicly claim the President had knowledge of an e-mail hack on his opponent previous to any known public disclosure of the crime and be unable to hand over evidence of your claims if the SC asked it of you. The SC might feel compelled to speak with you about making false public claims that were germane to his investigation.
Yes, but her claim seems to be she spoke with SC long before her tour de force. Oh and I agree, claiming flat out treason on the part of the sitting BLOTUS is dangerous waters if you can’t back it up and SC will have a chat with you about that.
Just wait. It won’t be long before the wind veers…JIBE HO!!! More of the crew won’t duck in time and go flying off into the drink, but Cap’n will just keep on running before the wind, watching Fox and Twitter instead of binnacle and chart, while the boat continues wallowing through the fog toward a lee shore. It’s amazing he hasn’t broached and rolled already. Maybe the storms of November will come early.
This is an area that I’m curious about. We don’t read much about what restrictions are put on people that have spoken to Mueller as to any freedom they have to subsequently go blabbing about what they know to the public or press. Mueller is investigating crimes.
Say you worked for a bank. And the local DA brought you in to interview you about an investigation he was conducting. Seems credible allegations of the bank President laundering money for a drug cartel exist. You’re his staff accountant. After the DA talks to you does he really not give a damn if you immediately rush out and start publicizing the investigation, the fact you’ve been interviewed, the nature of the crimes, the people involved? A lot of people that have been grilled by Mueller run around spouting off about a lot of things afterwards. Seems a bit odd. Maybe he’s not empowered to limit them in what they say. I’d like someone in the media to explore this. Josh?
So here’s the thing. First, the NDA that is being enforced against Omarosa has nothing to do with her government employment. She signed it as a condition of working on the Trump campaign, which was not a government entity. So her declining to answer questions about her White House tenure because ofthe arbitration is not well founded. Second, while federal employees are generally protected from reprisal for whistleblowing, I don’t believe that protection applies to Omarosa: the relevant statute exempts positions identified by the President in the interest of “good administration.” 5 USC sec 2302(a)(2)(B)(ii). On the other hand, an NDA would not be binding on her in connection with her government service. Of course, she is precluded from discussing classified information, but (Huckabee Saunders to the contrary notwithstanding) not because of the NDA.
