Discussion: Pelosi On Clinton's Woman Card: What Card Is Trump Playing? 'The Joker Card'?

“I don’t know what card he’s playing, what, the joker card?”

The arch criminal “The Joker”…as played by Jack Nicholson or Heath Ledger? I’m going with the latter…

I think Trump playing the “woman card” is his effort to create an excuse for why he will lose the general. He’ll play up that Clinton is a woman, and after she kicks his ass, he’ll claim that he had no chance because of the woman card. Of course it is idiotic to claim that, but his followers will believe it. Then Trump can happily sell Trump Steaks, Trump Wine, Trump Water, Trump U, etc, because he’ll claim he would have easily won if not for the fact that Hillary is female.

“I don’t know what card he’s playing, what, the joker card?” Pelosi said at her press conference Friday, when asked to weigh in on Trump’s remarks. “That doesn’t even count in a deck of cards.” (Nancy Pelosi, arguably the smartest person in the U.S. House of Representatives)

With much due respect, Rep. Pelosi, I believe Donald is playing with a deck of Tarot cards – and Donald is Death.

More and more, I think that Trump really didn’t expect to be getting such ridiculous levels of support. He’s like the dog who caught the car and doesn’t know what to do next.

Good one, Nancy.

But also accurate: as a bullshit artist, Trump will say anything, especially what he thinks you want to hear.

I think both of these responses to Rump from Clinton and Pelosi show how you can deal with Rump’s insults without turning into Marco Rubio babbling on about “Hair Force One.” You can’t fight Rump on his own turf of insults but you can fight him using Rump’s own reality and a quick wit.

Mark Hamill is the best Joker, hands down…though its really hard to find a “bad” Joker, all the way back to Cesar Romero in the TV show. Its just such an interesting villain.

Makes sense, he certainly acts like he’s in his cups.

Cesar Romero was certainly a good Joker, in a comic villain sort of way. Heath Ledger was a more ruthless, evil villain and seems to be an appropriate Trump counterpart…in my humble opinion.

Just ordered my very own Woman Card a few minutes ago.

Great fundraising idea!

Then best Speaker of the House ever and one of the smartest women in politics. More women please.

I would agree with that comparison. Though I still think Mark Hamill’s Joker is the absolute best of anybody’s. He basically encompasses Nickelson’s, Ledgers and Romero’s and expands upon the entire set.

Even though I’m a dude, I’m going to order me one. I’ve already donated to HRC twice. Each month, I try and send her a little.

Would love to see Hillz pick Al Frankin as her VP. Every news cycle would include a Drumpf evisceration from a master satirist.

Hopefully to become The Hanged Man in November. Figuratively, not literally!
