By all rights the military should have been pre-positioned to aid Puerto Rico. It’s not like Hurricane Maria took everyone by surprise.

Trump and his merry crew were sure eager enough to get their faces in front of a camera helping when it was Texas (a red state) that was devastated. Where are they now??? I am horrified by the lack of assistance to Puerto Rico. The Coast Guard is amazing in just this kind of situation. Could it be because there are brown people there?
