That is just B.S. If Rump isn’t receiving intel briefings everyday day then he’s speaking to Ryan even less than that. And besides - why would he anyway? Rump has no intention whatsoever of taking this thing seriously. For him, it’s just a lark (hence the reason why he’s remaining EP of "The Apprentice); Ryan and Pence are the ones doing the dirty work so they’re in constant contact.
EDIT TO ADD: @josephebacon Can I take a guess? First off are tax cuts for the 1%. Then work on revising the tax code to eliminate most if not all deductions the middle class take. Now, those two alone should free up a couple of mil for the wealthy to scarf up. By summer, abolishing the minimum wage which will make businesses very happy. By the end of 2017 will come restricting voting rights.
