I read that Krauthammer piece. He certainly acknowledges one key fact: Obama’s good at this stuff. Obama didn’t inherit a huge fortune. He became President on sheer intellect and guts, and by actually believing in the ideals while he acknowledges the imperfection. People still respond to that. I don’t know if Krauthammer is influential still or not, but if he is, he might retain it among the more sophisticated Republican power brokers. Remind me again how Trump’s desultory money-raising efforts are going?

Yet there is no talk from Ryan of going after Obama for HIS executive actions to allow Amnesty for illegal aliens. Ryan has big problems of his own though…his seat is in jeopardy from several challengers that have a problem with him laying down for all that is in the omnibus bill that allows for HUUUUGE spending! He thinks nobody is on to him but he is wrong…

First, the President’s executive actions didn’t give amnesty to anyone. He merely re-ordered the priorities for who would get deported.
Second, being in the US illegally is a civil misdemeanor, not a criminal act.
Third, you remain shockingly ignorant and for some reason proud of your ignorance.
