I’ve always thought he was an asshole, and I disagree with most everything he stands for, but I used to respect that he seemed to have some principles. However, since the disgusting excuse for a human that is our current president came on the scene it’s become quite clear that Mr. Ryan’s moralistic idealism is nothing more than an act. His principles are as pliable as clay, and his morals as porous as a sieve. He and Ted Cruz are both opportunistic faux Christians who use their religions to judge everyone…unless it would in some way doing so might harm their self interest. There is a special place in hell for people like them…hopefully on Roy Moore’s lap!

Just like Foreigner is the the nadir of rock bands. Sure, there are crappier bands, but Foreigner combined basic competence with sheer awfulness to deliver a body blow to rock music.
If Ryan was as smart as people think he is while being no less awful, he would be The Eagles.
