Klayman is also suing Barack Obama (among others) for endangering his life as a “high profile Caucasian of Jewish origin” … by being all uppity and whatnot, i guess… He’s a total crackpot. I feel terrible that these grieving parents are being swindled by this freak. But the association with Klayman will probably mean this suit will go nowhere.

I am sorry for their loss, but I’m past feeling bad for them anymore. This is hate-filled anger being utilized in the most craven political manner possible. These folks are dragging the memory of their children through scum. They are willingly allowing the Republicans to use them and their kids’ memory for pure political points. They are the enemies now – they have willingly made themselves the enemy.

Also FWIW I know someone who played Eve Online w/ SS and said he was an ardent Obama supporter and would be disgusted by Trump. Seems like a potential case of a mother with differing views potentially going against the wishes of her child.
There has be a causal link between an act of negligence and the injury, and I don’t see one alleged. Alt-right will love it and I will have to put up with posts from my crazy relatives so damn you freedom watch.

Klayman is a predator, and though Clinton is his main quarry he hardly cares if he harms a few innocents in his quest. He is hoping it gets assigned to the idiot judge who refused to dismiss another case that was brought premised on the email server. Deciding on the amount of security at a given facility is what we call a “discretionary” act and the government official who makes it has sovereign immunity from suit. And, thanks to the Republican leaning Supreme Court, the bar for bringing FTCA claims against officials and government contractors has never been higher. I can only imagine the raw grief being experienced by these two families, but it takes a really evil person to make them believe that the actions of a mob were foreseeable and could have been avoided “if only” Hillary Clinton hadn’t used a private email server. Truly odious.

There’s zero chance this case goes past the first non-GOPer in the legal chain and it’s not supposed to. The parents know that. Fine—let’s file suit against everybody still alive who was involved in Reagan’s decision to situate the Marines as sitting ducks in the Lebanon barracks with rules of engagement that verifiably did in fact prevent them from having loaded weapons available on that awful day.
After that, we can file suit against Dick Cheney, George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, and Colin Powell for every American death in Iraq.

The last thing these plaintiffs attorneys want is a day in court. A trial on the merits would show the utter baselessness of their claims and they know it. Their real purpose is to send out press releases on their heroic effort to bring justice down on the evil Clintons. For them dismissal under the FRCP is just more proof that the fix is in for Hillary. A quick trial would be to Clintons benefit by having the conspiracies debunked in open court. The downside for her comes in the months of discovery where the attorneys go fishing in every document she ever produced.
