Funny, the first comparison for this harridan that comes to mind is not Rosa Parks, but Julius Streicher, founder and publishor of the virulently anti-Semitic Der Stürmer.
Streicher was hanged at Nuremberg on October 16, 1946, for crimes against humanity. According to the judgment of the Nuremberg tribunal,
For his 25 years of speaking, writing and preaching hatred of the Jews, Streicher was widely known as ‘Jew-Baiter Number One.’ In his speeches and articles, week after week, month after month, he infected the German mind with the virus of anti-Semitism, and incited the German people to active persecution. … Streicher’s incitement to murder and extermination at the time when Jews in the East were being killed under the most horrible conditions clearly constitutes persecution on political and racial grounds in connection with war crimes, as defined by the Charter, and constitutes a crime against humanity.
Pam Geller is to Muslims as Julius Streicher was to Jews. I hope Streicher is keeping a special place in Hell warm for her.

Odious, yes, but not stupid. She is a Zealot, and her zeal consumes her and many more. Would that unnumbered others aren’t unwillingly consumed in such refiner’s fire.

That Geller thinks her hateful event --an obvious and dangerous taunt to Muslim extremists which might have well been called, “Let’s insult Islam!”-- is in anyway related to Rosa Parks, the mother of the American civil rights movement, is just more disgusting self-agrandizing verbiage from a anti-Islam anti-American charlatan with no morality or reasoning abilities whatsoever.
(To set the record straight: Rosa Parks did not, as Geller says, go “to the front of the bus.” As required by law, Rosa Park was sitting at the back of of a crowded bus when the bus driver tried to make her get up so a white person could sit in her seat. That’s when she’d had enough and refused to get up. The bus driver told her he have her arrested if she didn’t surrender her seat to the white person. Rosa Parks replied quietly, “You may do that.” The rest is history.)
The worst part of this is the violent and deadly reaction that Geller’s drawing contest created was exactly the result she was hoping for.

OK, I was eating a piece of toast when I read t his headline and I quite literally almost choked.
Next thing you know, the Grand Dragon of the KKK will be comparing himself to Rosa Parks.
Oh, and Ms Geller: Rosa Parks did not “come to the front of the bus.” She simply refused to give up her seat in the back of the bus to a white woman when the seats filled up. And yeah, in a sense that was taunting in that she and the other civil rights activists in Montgomery were deliberately trying to provoke a reaction that would bring the attention of the entire country to the Jim Crow laws in the South. The difference is that they were standing up for their own dignity, not insisting on a right to demean the dignity of other people.
