She’d be a much better guest on the “Yesterday” show.
Why interview an attention starved, incoherent lunatic? Why try to discern what an attention starved, incoherent lunatic is saying or has said? Why? Why? Why?
every time she opens her yapper
I swear to God, I just to smack that lying bimbo. Just shut up and go away, already, PLEASE, Snookie.
… don’t hold back now, Cap, tell us how you really feel…
Their is some comfort in knowing post-Armageddon the cockroaches and rats will have someone to keep them company.
It has always offended me, as a vet, that Dubya allowed judges to soil the military’s reputation and offer young criminal offenders a court-imposed choice between prison or military service, a kinder Impressment. The few cases I’m personally aware of became, essentially, Afghan cannon fodder turned junkie turned domestic recidivists with war injuries and new shoulder chips to spur their return to crime.
I was poking fun at this notion. I don’t buy that he has PTSD, either. He was never in combat, nor has he ever received any treatment, VA or private, to my knowledge. He was an entitled knuckle dragging jerk before he got forced into the reserves, and he is still one after.
There does, however, seem to be a relationship between his drinking and getting in trouble, however…so I wouldn’t rule alcoholism out of the things wrong with him picture. The vandalism of buses was conducted while getting drunk on stolen vodka. The BBQ brawl happened while he was drunk, and of course, he was drunk at this latest dust up. I would be willing to bet he was drunk when he knocked up his first wife, too.
But then are you actually listening?
Surely the GOP would not use the military as a social experiment to see if they could turn the lives around of street criminals, would they?? Because they constantly tell me its NOT a social experiment.
You know that’s never been a problem for me, sir.
They did it. I believe the practice was ended but I’m not sure.
palin is getting significant pushback (esp from veterans groups) if she’s denying her previous statements… and that’s impacting where it hurts her the most – $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
she also appears to be hitting the botox/filler injections pretty hard too…
not to diminish his service; but he was there in 2008 – long after significant military operations had ended; and he was a driver/scout for a friggin tank. not exactly boots on the ground and invading homes/taking people into custody. or even serving as a prison guard and torturing people.
None of us realized SarahPAC was, also a collagen pun…
Worse. She’s using the plight of the American veteran for selfish political revenge. She’s speaking for them in words that suit her and not their purposes. That spew she gave is one horrid abuse of the American soldier that should have been called down.
“Who are we to judge…” Wow, this party is the biggest bunch of hypocrites I’ve ever seen. Once they’ve found their candidate who is authoritarian in nature, keeping minorities and poor people in their place, they ditched the premise of religion like a bad habit. Eff these people and if there is a hell, all of them are going.
“I did say, though, and suggested very adamantly, that there is much more that our commander-in-chief could do to prove that he respects our troops and will let them do their job.”
Don’t expect a journalist to ask her in what way Obama could prove that he respects our troops. And don’t expect her to be asked how Obama prevents them from doing their job. But the red state yahoos love to hear Palin utter nonsense like this.
What I have blamed President Obama in doing, though, is this level of disrespect for the U.S. military that is made manifest in getting budgets, in not trying to beef it up and let our military do the job that they are trained to do.
I thought it would be interesting to diagram that sentence, but I killed the diagrammer:
They could serve this salad at Chipotle’s:
"I never blamed President Obama,’’ Palin said. “What I have blamed President Obama in doing, though, is this level of disrespect for the U.S. military that is made manifest in getting budgets, in not trying to beef it up and let our military do the job that they are trained to do.”
