Trans people have to pee too, even in North Carolina. The fact that this little comic panel girl should be upset about a now-woman going into the bathroom stall next door to her own but should just accept the now-man who was born with female genitalia (oh, North Carolina, did you forget that those exist too?) standing to pee in that toilet is plain silly.
Personally, where I was raised you don’t look at the other people in the bathroom. This is pretty much forced in male bathrooms where there is a line of urinals with no separating divider to speak of (or worse just one long trough). It is impolite to look down the line to examine other folks’ equipment or lack thereof. Maybe female bathrooms are different and that little girl just came out of a “let’s compare our genitalia” session. I somehow doubt that though.

Split in trumpland! Trump very clearly stated that he doesn’t think it’s right to shame people about which bathroom they use. He said, “it was fine before” with respect to the NC law.
He said Caitlyn Jenner is welcome to use which ever bathroom she feels comfortable using in his hotels.
This is another time where Trump used his brain before speaking and inadvertently said something controversial.
