Someone here asked a few days ago how many people will die for the lets move the âU.S. Embassy in Jerusalemâ stunt. 37 dead, 448 wounded. Expect that number to climb.
Perhaps only to be outdone by the âHow many people will die for the Letâs Get Out of the Iran Nuclear Dealâ stunt.
Trump foreign policy - There will be Deaths Involved. Or, at best, negative economic consequences and/or loss of American good-standing in the world.
I and likely many others asked that question. There must be video of these shootings. Are they being shown on TV? Is the death toll even being covered?
Trump will tell you the Palestinianâs know what they are getting into.
So this makes what ever happens is fine with Trump.
Iâm probably not alone in this feeling and it probably be said many times, but it seems like if Israel didnât have the US protecting them they never do all this shit as they know theyâd be wiped off the face of the earth by all the countries and folks they keep poking with a stick.
Absolutely. Hell, several (most?) of those Middle Eastern countries hide in the skirts of the US and Russia and throw rocks (or missiles) at each other knowing no one can touch them due to their patrons. And of course, it all comes down to controlling oil.
I would do everything possible to leave middle eastern oil behind. It is just too expensive politically. Why isnât securing renewable energy first American energy policy?
Here we go. Mass murder by the GOP-Netanyahu axis. The Middle East conflagration that is a feature of every GOP administration is starting. Utterly disgraceful, appalling, heartbreaking. Mass anti-Arab dehumanization, racism. Stand by for a war with Iran too.
This is what happens when you totally gut the State Department and you let an impetuous president run things. This will only get worse.
41 dead, but whoâs counting. Worst Policy Own Goal of the US in a decade. Still canât understand how GOP became an extension of Likud.
If the Iraq war is any guide, it will be close to a million, mostly Iranians but some Americans too.
Makes you think the gutting of State was intentional. Local staff who worked decades for US embassies were dismissed a year ago with no explanation.
Letâs look on the bright side, folks. Bibi taught us how to pronounce âMnuchinâ.
Because all the decisions are actually made by international oil company executives. They buy their Congresscritters and president (maybe a couple of judges too) as a cost of doing business. In most countries they can just bribe the government officials to get what they want. Now thatâs pretty much the case in the US too.
We will be dependent on their whims until the planet runs out of oil.
Evangelicals eagerly anticipating the Rapture. Their eyes are probably glimmering with the news that there are uprisings, riots and deaths in Israel. Hopefully, there will be a full-blown end-of-times war.
Also, the Middle East either buys or receives (in a less friendly way) the products of our militaryâindustrial complex. Ongoing wars and terrorism is good for their business, too.
Donât you mean âkilled?â
The Palestinian death counts are different and higher.
Running AP articles without editing is unwise.
I hear you pronounce it âgood for nothing I inherited my money little bitch.â
