O’Reilly must know refugees are extensively screened before allowed to enter the country.
In any case, what does this have to do with this particular case anyway?

Hillary Clinton holds no elective or administrative position in government. The fact is she's in no position, nor has any authority, to let anyone into the country regardless their origins or background. Would it have been too goddamned much trouble for O'Reilly to point this out, as it is such a glaring lie?

O’Reilly’s job is NOT to point out the glaring lie. His role, in line with the agreement between FOX and Trump, is to pose a softball question and then allow Trump 5 minutes to rant uninterrupted. This will happen hundreds of times between now and the election.
Kelly too. After the blowup over Trump’s disgusting personal insults she had her arm twisted to go make nice with Trump. So she did, and now she’s fawning over him just like the rest of the vile crew at FOX.
This is the methodology: introduce a touchy subject with a weak opening and let Trump gush as much as he wants, until his commentary dribbles into incoherence. FOX gets to pretend it’s asking the hard questions and Trump gets free airtime. Win-win!
