ā¦or if somebody elseās job is at stakeā¦
Greed and and the rush of the spotlight.
No wonder these guys got so cranked up over Hillaryās e-mail.
They donāt understand how it works!
Lawyers knowing the case is doomed but why not take it to the furthest motions and bill those hours at bigly rates.
He has completely lost what little mind he had left.
Wait. It was not mis-sent to an attorney, but to Politico. No ethical canons apply to Politico. Right?
Well at least heās consistent, an idiot, yes, but a consistent idiot. There, take that liberal media!.
Right. Ethical canonsā¦ which do not bind non lawyers like media orgs.
Correct. I was only replying to the specific post above from JGabriel. Politico can do what they want with it (in general so long as it isnāt some sort of other protected information).
I donāt believe it was a mistake. People keep sending Politico things āby mistakeā.
I agree. And I could be wrong, but I believe journalistic ethics to get at the truth required Politico to not ignore this email or return it.
The idea that Faux News would cave to liberal protests is ludacris in its face.
I had never seen this before. That is hilarious!
āYeah, like one or two others have suggested, isnāt the real story here the āmistakenly sent to politicoā part? How exactly does that happen?ā
Obamaās Deep State, my friend. They are everywhere!
āWell at least heās consistent, an idiot, yes, but a consistent idiot.ā
āA manās gotta know his limitations.ā Dirty Harry.
I wonder how much money Billo ended up costing Fox when he INSISTED on bring the libel suit against Sen. Franken that the lawyers told him he had NO CHANCE of winning.
āItās not about the things I did, itās about how many people found out about them.ā
Not a great defense.
The headline is misleading. The email was not sent by mistake. Somebody leaked it and redacted the header before giving it to Politico.
Thatās a lot to know in his case.!
The former Fox host and his lawyers have been trying to prove that OāReilly is merely the victim of a āsmear campaignā from the left.
OāReillyās claim is absolutely correct. The Paris Business Review backs him on this, 100%.
Please refrain from mentioning OāReilly and "smearā in the same sentence from now on.
Kthxbye.
