Discussion: O'Reilly Blames His Departure From Fox On 'Completely Unsubstantiated Claims'

I wish I had part of the unsubstantiated millions FUX News paid out to cover up for this creep.

I guess his settlement agreements don’t allow him to say the claims are “false.”

Because they aren’t.

”Bill O’Reilly on Wednesday said that ‘completely unsubstantiated claims’ were to blame for his departure from the network.”

Because who among us hasn’t dropped $13 million to settle demonstrably-false claims?

“Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly on Wednesday said that “completely unsubstantiated claims” were to blame for his departure from the network following accusations of sexual harassment against him.”

"Bill O’Reilly and Fox News Parent Paid $13 Million to Settle Five Harassment Claims "

$13,000,000,That’s a lot of dollars there Bill paid to be unproven of fact ,wouldn’t you say ?

One might reasonably conclude that the accusations were substantiated about 13 million times.

And how can he deny the Andrea Mackris court records and tapes? And the damning stuff in his divorce documentation?

Liar. Sad!

Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly on Wednesday said that “completely unsubstantiated claims”…

to the tune of at least $13,000,000.

The women probably can’t say anthing without jeopardizing their settlements.

Where would someone have come up with that trick?

Bill O is/was a TV personality, but in the general business world there are parallels to Bill O:
Mgrs who trigger lawsuits by employees, but just won’t or can’t seem to change their behavior and have to be dumped.
In 1982 I fired a creep in my dept and had a voice in the firing of two other men who also reported to my boss. This personality type gets warned their jobs are in jeopardy, but just can’t seem to curb the behavior.
I’m sure narcissism is a big part of it.

For the lawyers here: Is it likely that a settlement agreement would allow Bill0 to say “completely unfounded claims” but not allow the plaintiffs to respond?

If the claims are unfounded, then he’s free to sue his accusers and Fox. I wish him luck with that.

For most of us, they became ‘substantiated’ when you paid them money to avoid court, Bill.

Well at least now he will have the time to visit all the old battlefields where he saw extensive combat action and reminisce about his fallen comrades (ailes, beck, et al). Perhaps he will actually have time to write a book all on his own.

Clearly his meeting with the Pope did not remove the manure that clings to this shitbag. Who cares. This asshole is toast. Without the butter!

“It is tremendously disheartening that we part ways due to completely unfounded claims,” O’Reilly said in a statement.

Whatever gets you off the air is good by me.

‘Completely Unsubstantiated Claims’ is why they settled for $millions$ out of court because they knew they would lose.

Trumpanzee logic.

No-Sin Zone.

Five, Bill?

Maybe ONE with some psychological problems but FIVE? Plus Mackris?

I think you might just need some professional help upstairs. I mean, you PAID them, Billo. What gets me is that you cost Fox Not the News $13 million before they wised up and said “No more.”

Jesus, how much did you end up shelling out to Senator Franken for your fake libel suit even after the Fox Not the News lawyers said you had no fucking chance to win?
