It was written by Becker, Walter Carl / Fagen, Donald Jay.
The suspect’s name is Carlos Roa, arrested about 2:30 in the morning sporting a gunshot wound. He’s an FFL (Federal Firearms License) gun dealer, operating a shop in Cottage Grove called West Coast Machineguns. It looks like he’s been selling guns since at least 2011. Roa may be Mexican; the town is 8% latino according to wikipedia. It’s still unclear what happened.
Authorities say he is considered armed and dangerous.
