The website doesn’t seem to say, unless I missed it, where exactly these people are supposed to be meeting. So even if they actually get, say, 187 attendees, those people will be wandering around the Mall, I’d imagine, in little gaggles of four or five, looking for the other 9,999,713 like-minded “eagles.” Logistically, in terms of food and hygiene, the museums in the area should be well sufficient. One field trip to D.C. from a middle school would vastly outnumber the people who’ll show up for this fiasco.

Last time Larry Klayman and his buddies tried this back in November, they got about 150 people.

Just did a super fast google search, and it appears the largest single gathering ever in the US was in Boston. The crowd that turned out for the parade to celebrate the Red Sox World Series win in 2004 was estimated at 3 million. There have only been 2 single day crowds that exceeded 9 million world wide. 15 Million for the funeral of C. N. Annadurai in Tamil Nadu, India in 1969. And “An estimated 30 million people gathered to take bath on Mauni amavasya on 10th February, 2013 during Kumbh Mela in Allahabad, India.”

Although, every year since 2009, the annual pilgrimage of Shia Muslims to the of Husayn ibn Ali in Karbala, Iraq during Arba’een has exceeded 10 million over a couple days. Of course that is a religious pilgrimage, planned years in advance, drawing from a global population of 1 billion people.
I somehow doubt the maybe 20 million tea partiers in America can pull it off by Friday.

I believe it was the NYPD that broke up the Occupy protests. That would be a distinctly different form of government (city) than the government (Federal) you seem to be concerned will give a pass to these idiots. That aside, doing anything more than ignoring these morons lends them a credence they should most definitely NOT be afforded.
