OK, I’m going to guess that the person depicted in the uncaptioned photo accompanying this article is not the (former) fugitive, even though he is the only living person named in the story.
TPM? No captions is a stupid policy. Go back to the float-over ones you used to have if it’s just a matter of not wanting to clutter up the page.

I agree with everyone else complaining about the lack of captions on this site. I can’t tell if the guy pictured is the (former) fugitive, an FBI agent, or Chris Christie in ten years.
