Additionally, I’m sure Walmart executives and the leaders of a few thousand other U.S. businesses are thrilled with Trump’s promises to pursue onerous import tariffs on Chinese and East Asian consumer goods.
I can’t imagine why anyone would be upset that someone with the brain and outward appearance of a cheese puff would be handed control of a thermonuclear triad.
Not close to being ready for the world stage. Are we now at a new national civil discourse low? In his references to people who disagree with him, by nationality, race, gender, or as individuals, Trump talks down to them like an 1800’s plantation owner, in the vulgar language of a biker gang bully. Not someone with the sophisticated qualities, sober temperament, and honed intellect to be President of the greatest and most powerful nation on earth.
“They are not sure how seriously to take some of his pronouncements but they’re rattled by him—and for good reason, because a lot of the proposals that he’s made display either ignorance of world affairs or a cavalier attitude,” Obama said.
maybe it was unavoidable, but this is why I’m not fan of the Clinton campaign. He really, really wants to tear Trump into a million pieces at this point.
As for the countries being rattled by Trump’s rise, well seeing how the EU just ducked a preemptive bullet…
Sorry Bill, but Barack is Hillary’s best surrogate.
His poll numbers are up and he’s got the bully pulpit…I think he’ll be quite influential in this election.
Don’t forget the tax he wants Americans to pay for foreign-manufactured goods.
In two weeks’ time, President Obama will get his wish. Trump will be turned into fine orange powder. If Donnie Dipstick doesn’t self-immolate first.

I’ll take ignorance for a 100. And the answer is, he is the epitome of 30 + years of repubs constants racist hate, fear mongering, christo supremacy, misogyny, xenophobia, etc., etc., etc…the repub nominee trump!
Well, Donald also seems to be attacking Republican Gov. Martinez of New Mexico, Bill Kristol, Republican leaders, Paul Ryan…just about anybody who doesn’t lick his shoes.
I do have to give Trump credit though. His statement that Kristol has been a total failure at proposed GOP candidate selection is right on target… In fact, his record is so bad at getting any of his predictions right, that his continued appearance on talk shows remains one of the major mysteries of modern American politics.
The attack he launched at Martinez was totally unprovoked; he did it because he could. And yet the NM Rs in that crowd laughed along only confirming to this demagogue that anything he says is good for raucous applause and will lead to cheering for the man who said it. Personally I see racism and sexism in the remark, but that’s just me.
“She’s got to do a better job. Okay? Your governor has got to do a better job,” Trump told a cheering audience Tuesday night. “She’s not doing the job. Hey! Maybe I’ll run for governor of New Mexico. I’ll get this place going. She’s not doing the job. We’ve got to get her moving. Come on: Let’s go, Governor.”
Tag teaming is a possibility,
I don’t think a lot his supporters understand the impact of his trade policies on their pocketbooks.
I do feel a duty to help them : - )
And myself. I thought Republicans rejected new taxes under Bush the First. If they now support them, that bodes well for us.
Hillary would appreciate it if conservatives willingly fork over new revenue, I’m sure.
