Trump: That black guy is at it again. 4.9% of America is unemployed. That means millions of Americans are out of job, thanks to ObamaCare. He ought to go back to Kenya.
More of this, please, Mr. President.
Don’t you worry. When we have our nominee, there will be no better spokesperson for us than our campaigner in chief, best president ever,
Actually, that’s all the Republicans. Have you heard Paul Ryan or McConnell lately? They would have you believe, oblivious to all facts, that the President has single-handedly laid America low. Only thing, Trump does demagoguery much better than them. So their repudiation of him sounds quite hollow.
Trump ripped off Reagan’s slogan. He seriously has no new, viable ideas. Not even for sloganeering.
It’s mourning in America.
I’m sure Drumpf’s response will be, “I know you are, but what am I?”.
If he’s said something about Drumpf’s teeny fingers he would have jacked that baby out of the park.
"America is pretty darn great right now, and making strides right now,”
Hmmm. Fairly flat statement from the President (who is usually better at this).
Clinton’s was much better and stronger:
“America never stopped being great. But we do need to make America whole again. Instead of building walls, we need to be tearing down barriers. We need to show by everything we are in this together.”
POTUS: “There seems to be an alternative reality out there.”
Remember way back when, before Reagan gutted the Fairness Doctrine?
We only heard from Floyd R. Turbo once a month.
Now that “alternative reality” is a 24/7 global network.
They call it Fox.
I was Obama I would be saying things like:
"If I was republican I’d vote for Rubio" or “man, I am just glad I did not had to run against Ted Cruz”
Or better yet.
"I hope the GOP establishment gets it’s stuff together and comes up with a serious candidate"
Just to see the reactions…
Understatement can be pretty powerful, especially in light of overwhelming evidence, just like a whisper can sometimes be more powerful than a shout.
But I agree that Secretary Clinton’s statement was powerful too.
Almost the same thing Hillary said. I wonder if they consult on this? (Of course, he gets more coverage for his words…)
Aah! I get it
Donald Trump owns property here in Albemarle County, Virginia. If he physically has been here in the last few years, he would most certainly have witnessed all of the construction – it’s everywhere and for all kinds of reasons: repairing bridges and roads, widening most of the highways, homes of all stripes (public assistance type to the single-family units $300K, $400K, dorm housing for the students from all over the world who are enrolled at UVA and other education centers), shopping centers, expanding banks, repair and upgrade the underground sewers. Our downtown mall in Charlottesville is always busy. Numerous grocery giants are gobbling up extra space to expand.
Seriously, thank you, President Obama for helping to navigate the American economy safely through the Republican Recession, the worst we had seen in seventy-plus years. Thank you.
Donald Trump, pay closer attention.
And don’t forget the gas prices. They’re at an all time low and somehow The Black Man will be seen to be behind it.
Did you see the Bureau of Labor Statistics Jobs report for February today 242,000. Much better
then expected. Seems pretty great to me.
