Please let it be a Mueller Grand Jury…

If this were Donnie, he’d be using his bone spurs again to dodge his duty…

If he’s seated on the jury, breathless right-wing headlines will read…

Alas, his panel of prospective jurors wasn’t needed and was released early.

LOL…of course they’re not selected to sit on juries. I can’t imagine the situation in which both parties’ attorneys would say “no no, that’s fine, let’s have a giant distraction sitting in seat number 3.”

Civil case. Over, like, the damages because a box of custom cupcakes had whipped cream instead of creme anglaise inside.

But I bet no one would want to raise any constitutional arguments.

Seems like a complete waste of everyone’s time and a waste of our money.

Don’t you miss him?

Damned 22nd amendment.

I think it sets a good example, that jury duty isn’t a bad thing. And they always call more people than they need, its a waste of time and money of the people not picked. What you get comped for being called to jury duty itself is a crime.

Rereading this, I still thing all three sentences are true, though not coherent together, but Imma post it anyway.

Of course he wasn’t selected. What lawyer in his right mind would want Obama in the jury box.

He’s not perfect, I suppose, but he’s peerless. So that whole “jury of your peers” thing, that was going to be a problem.

Too bad he got dismissed and had to kiss that 12 dollar per diem goodby!

Gov. Brown of California sat as a juror in a small civil case in Los Angeles – while he was governor (the first time).

He probably could have gotten out of it. But since he had advocated for and signed the bill abolishing all automatic exemptions from jury duty in California, it would have been a bit hypocritical.

Liked for all four sentences.

How did people know he’d be there on that day? Was it publicized beforehand?
