Fox and fiends…“why did Obama shoot the hostages???’”

Fox wingnuts: “BUT WHAT ABOUT BENGHAZIIII OBUMMER!!!”

“I take full responsibility for all our counterterrorism operations,” Obama said in a press conference addressing the deaths of the two hostages. “I profoundly regret what happened.”

Seriously, that is what a real leader says.
I am sorry for the families’ losses. I agree with Obama and can only imagine the pain they are feeling today.

So what prefix will Fox use here to go along with “-gate”?

I’m sure they will eventually get to that. But right now, it is full speed away with Hillary Clinton/New York Times hit job. They did not even cover POTUS’s presser because they had a “special” hour-long segment hosted by Bret Baier regarding The Clinton’s/Clinton Foundation. Pitiful.

What you said. Yes.

Faux Noise:

‘Obama murdered those hostages…his fingerprints are all over this, it shows that he does not have what it takes to be a Commander in Chief…his meddling lead to this fiasco’

‘Obama had nothing to do with getting Osama bin Laden, that was a military operation carried out by the S.E.A.L.s. He was just a spectator…’

Deep condolences to the families. For billions of years our atoms drifted through the universe as the ash and dust of stars gone nova. For a brief moment we coalesced as living beings, only to return to ash and dust until the next incarnation. Peace.

They’re good at inventing scandals like Whitewater. Maureen Dowd destroyed Gore and Kerry.

Indeed. Can anyone imagine any GOPer saying similar words, recent past or present? Certainly none that would use the first person pronoun.

Was there some news about this that prompted the presser, or were they just getting out ahead on it after something we don’t know about? (I guess this is my way of asking where this is coming from, since I had heard nothing about the event where the civilian casualties happened…)

“I take full responsibility for all our counterterrorism operations,”

And, because this is ostensibly a bad thing, the GOP/Teatrolls will let you this time. Killing bin Laden? Not so much.

Whitewater was small potatoes, but it was in fact a scandal. 15 people were convicted, many of multiple crimes. And the Clinton’s even admitted they had claimed improper tax deductions during the 1992 campaign, and made payments 8 years after the filing in 1993 (though they were not obligated to). So there was a small, but real, scandal. Documents indicated they were well aware they were taking very improper deductions.

Benghazi is a made up scandal. Same with the email thing. Dumb to do personal and biz email on one address, but not a “scandal”.

And Gore destroyed himself by taking Lieberman as a running mate, and by not campaigning with the most popular President ever. The guy is a pompous ass, the blame for his loss is on him. Hell, if he had won his own state of TN, FL would not even have been relevant.

The civilian casualties were killed in January. The brief press conference was held today to elaborate on it.

It took a while to figure out what happened and when it happened, according to what I just heard on NPR radio.

Correct, they need to investigate, write reports, etc.

Has Rand Paul released a statement yet?

Turns out one of the al Qaida guys killed around the same time, and apparently also by accident, was Adam Gadhan, an American spokesman for al Qaida and seen in many videos. I for one won’t be missing him.

Sometimes it’s difficult to know what happens in N. Waziristan within 20 minutes of it happening Yes there was a likely drone strike whuch we would know when and where right away but as to results?
