PA had the gerrymander tossed and redistricting turned out a 9/9 House distribution. Which reflects the state and how it votes overall. House is supposed to closely reflect the states and constituents therein. Gerrymander - benefitting any party - is counter the design of the founders. Or, in political terms, un-American
Love the “bribes” claims. Imagine a party leader giving representatives OF THEIR PARTY campaign funds to help them remain in office. And then having the nerve to ask them to support work BY THEIR PARTY. What do you want, party to give no support? Oh, right, because purity should be the only standard. Nancy “Pay-Go” Pelosi rewards her friends and punishes her enemies within the party using the campaign contributions bribes paid to her by her oligarch employers. They get what they pay for from their hired help “Nancy” (as they call her), and we get crumbs.

Mueller’s is not the only investigation that needs to proceed. There is so much dirt that needs to be dug. So much that public hearings can bring to light. The American public needs to be steeped in the facts of the deep corruption this administration. Impeachment as the end game is a profound mistake and those that address that as an important goal do indeed know nothing.
I would like the Democrats and all right thinking people to focus on our goals for a free and just society. How do we extend this blue wave? How do we elect more progressives? How do we correct the structural inequities that gh loves to point out? So easy to imagine gh ranting about the ineffective dems after removal from office fails. Maybe this is their endgame. They sure love to spread the idea that the system is rigged.
Impeachment would be a momentary high. The failure to remove the shit gibbon from office would have consequences, within both sides of this struggle. It would be a little demoralizing for me and many on our side, in spite of its inevitability. The nazis and their supporters would claim a sheen of invincibility. We all know the msm would promote that story along with ‘failing democrat’ ones.
So lets drop the impeachment talk. It goes nowhere, is counter productive. Let me say that again- Impeachment goes nowhere. It goes to the Senate and dies. It inevitably fires up our enemies and discourages our allies. The only far sighted people who would push for it are the bomb throwers. We have enough of them supporting trump and the repugs.
Yes, let us be sure to reinforce our two-tiered justice system to show beyond doubt that Presidents and the rich and powerful are above the law.
Well I want him removed and I think a majority of Americans do, too.
I don’t want him impeached if he can’t be convicted but I’m not convinced that once Mueller reports that that is going to be impossible. There have to be consequences for a president this lawless or we are asking for it.
