According to the Daily Telegraph there were 23 US citizens on board. Also sounds like the pro-Russian rebels took credit for shooting down an AN-26 (military transport plane), so it seems to be a horribly tragic mistake on their part.
Can’t he just check and see if their any implanted chips stopped transmitting at the crash site?
