How will the 1% afford their Beluga without Chinese kids chained to factory floors for 24-hour shifts?
Maybe they can recoup some of their losses by selling nets to catch the Foxconn jumpers.

You can be sure that the Koch brothers and their network is crafting a press release condemning the ban and accusing Obama of putting poor third world people out of work. The WSJ is readying an editorial condemning the ban as an assault on free enterprise and concern trolling the plight of factory workers.

I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom.

For those of you who think that is Obama’s unrealistic expectation or that this isn’t just election year ROPE…
Let me be clear: Obama will get his revenge. Oh yes. He will get his. And if history is any precedent, it may be more subtle than we’d even prefer, but no less effective for it. I envision this becoming a torrent of small dares and bluff callings that are only understandable in the context of their cumulative effect over the next few months. Maybe that’s fanciful imaginings, but I like the idea and want to play with it. Maybe he’s more of an adult in the room than I think and it proves me wrong…but I’m decidedly not. Game on.
