I wouldn’t even give them that much credit. I am a 55 year resident of Oregon. All our population is in two cities. Eugene and Portland. Logging has dried up so there is little to no employment in our rural areas. The TP is alive and well in rural Oregon but they don’t make a dent in elections here because most of us are very liberal.

An Interior Board of Land Appeals administrative judge issued a stay Wednesday forbidding the BLM to enforce the stop-work order, according to the Associated Press. The BLM did not oppose the stay, which stipulated that the miners were not to work the claim, according to the report.

So the BLM’s stop-work order is stayed, but the BLA judge’s stay stipulates that the miners cannot work the claim. Given that, I’m not exactly surprised that the BLM didn’t oppose the stay. Despite what the headline implies, that doesn’t seem like much of a win for the miners and their gun-fetishist allies.

We did. IT was called the Black Panthers. The Govt. with Cointelpro got rid of it. But somehow the Klan, Aryan Nation and other REAL terrorist groups survive, go figure. I won’t yell racism, it doesn’t matter what you call it really. The fact is, Black people with guns doesn’t work so well in an American democracy. The media and the society at large will ensure that for decades to come. Thugs vs. Constitutional Activists? Riot vs Public Disturbance (biker gangs hell)? This country is so upside down and un-even it will be a miracle we survive another 100 years of this lunacy.
