Yeah, not all traffic cops are men either.
Are you up against a numbers game when refuting momories of others? Hicks says “I didn’t say it, and I have contemporaneous notes reflecting my memory of the call.”
Mueller says “I have three people with different memories and notes of the call. You’re lose, three beats one.”
Is that the way it works? No room for the accused to merely assert a different memory, or understanding, or interpretation of a call? One against one, room to doubt. Three or four against one, you’re guilty?
Me, too.
I don’t have confidence that Trump is going down, as the system of checks and balances in place essentially limits the nation’s options for being rid of him to 67 Senators voting to convict in an impeachment trial. Everything leading up to that vote is all sturm and drang involving bit players I could give a shit about being in trouble or left to walk away from this mess.
or women, pretty or otherwise.
@steviedee111 likes to stir the pot, perhaps finding it too boring here when there are no dissenting opinions.
Not possibly. He does have records. He has already subpoenaed internal communications of the campaign and transition team…and I believe even WH internal communications.
Her problem with regards to this particular comment is…Mueller will also have the gaps, if any. And the thing about email, is there is always two sides of the communication ( if not more, depending on the size of the cc list).
The other, not discussed, but very pertinent thing to consider here is that any attempt at executive privilege is out the door. Because there is not executive privilege at all for much of what Mueller wants to discuss, ie, the campaign and the transition time frames.
I’m honored. Just having a little pun this morning. I was waiting with baited breath to see if I’d get a tug on the line.
Wouldn’t it be amusing if the man who bragged about his beauty pageant industry gets taken down by one of its contestants.
Au contraire, any woman that can cry and flirt her way out of a jam has my admiration. Using the tools you have at hand is smart.
Someone else who will be thrown under the bus by the Trump crime family. Get involved with these grifters at your peril.
I hope you’re not charging for this session.
Oh, that one looks like a bat fixing a broken door hinge.
But again, telling Trump those emails won’t get out (they already have, that is why Junior was forced into releasing them), and actually taking steps to stop them from getting out.
And she would be well within her rights to stop emails from leaking to the press. Its if she meant releasing them to the FBI/Mueller’s team that brings about legal jeopardy. And only if she took actual actions that can be proven…or heavily deducted.
Double my usual rate. No bitcoin.
The bat one is my favorite – always makes me laugh. The damn things have no sense of horizontal and vertical, so, if you imagined a bat actually working on a door hinge, you just know it would leave the door more crooked than it found it.
Hope Hicks is nothing but a high end courtesan just like Melania. The FLOTUS however at least was smart enough to know her limitations and stay away from her husband activities, specially the ones could end in prison.
Hope confused being liked by Trump because of physical appearance as having some actual talent, bu although she is being paid at the highest salary level in the WH, she is well over her head. Short of a pardon she will be a favorite inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury.
And when she flips, Trump will flip…out that is. He’ll fire Rosenstein at that point, if not before, to get to Mueller. Then we’ll have a nice little crisis on our hands.
Caution would not be ill-advised …however … while troll(ing –
False statements and obstruction, both.
I’ve little doubt on false statements because she was alarmed at the questions she was asked during her 2 days with Mueller. It’s after that questioning that Trump stepped up his campaign to discredit Mueller. Mueller’s folks asked her questions that she didn’t expect. They’ve tripped up at least 2 people for lying. Don’t think it would’ve been hard to trip her up.
On obstruction, the evidence from the NYT account of what Corallo is reporting, the passages from the Wolff book, plus the actual responses from the WH to the Times scoop on the Junior emails and 6/9/16 meeting indicate a willful desire to hide, and possibly destroy, information. They never intended to tell the truth. The purpose of that meeting was to hide the ball and mislead reporters, and by extension, prosecutors/investigators. There is also her involvement in the decision to fire Comey and the first draft of the Comey firing memo. She will either admit that it was orchestrated around the Russia investigation, or she will lie and get caught for that. There is too much correspondence (emails, texts, vmails, intel intercepts) and too many witnesses who are not aligned with her (Priebus, McGahn, Spicer, Bannon et al) for her not to get caught by capable prosecutors.
My god, she’s gorgeous. If she’s not maitresse en titre, Tump the First is really down on his game . . .
