They used the emojis to get a search warrant. I imagine his lawyer will (if he is any good) get the results of the search thrown out.

Unless some libtard judge suppresses the evidence they, er, found as “fruit of the poisoned tree” because it was found (or what have you) in the course of an arrest and search made with no probable cause and in violation of the kid’s First Amendment right to be an incoherent punk on the Internet.

Also, if the kid was previously arrested on weapons charges, there is a chance that posting a photo of himself with a gun violated terms of probation. Overall, this article is short of details and long on a simplistic headline.

Exactly, I do believe that some guy tweeted a month or so ago that he was going to shoot two cops. He then shot them in the head.

Crime rates are way down over the past couple decades. Cops need to justify their jobs so they can collect that sweet sweet pension and get like $150/hr for doing extra traffic shifts or standing around watching a utility company team do their digging. 2 + 2…

Because white people aren’t inherently scary to white people, but black people ARE inherently scary to white people. Also too, it doesn’t matter if the black community is scared.
