I prefer to think of him as a shambling mound of pig refuse cursed with the worst attributes of all of Dorothy and her companions.
This oughta go over well.
The question is, how long has the foundation been operating in NY, that they just now figured this out? This, I bet, is how it stinks of a political move if they are just now suddenly figuring this out five weeks before the election.
@Becca656 For a long time it escaped notice because it was a foundation that basically did nothing as far as anyone could tell. Looks like they took action after WaPo broke the story.
plus things were pertty much quiet until āspokespersonsā started responding to ācampaignā questions on āFoundationā stationery ā¦ and it turned out that they were āFoundationā employees and other sloppy / fishy stuff like that.
In January donald held a āfundraisingā event for veterans in lieu of a debate appearance. This event began to draw attention to his foundation along with the rigorous reporting from Fahrenthold at WaPo. It was months after this event that trump was forced to donate $1M from his pocket because whatever he raised was diverted elsewhere.
This just in: Giuliani proclaims Trump a āgeniusā for being able to operate a non-profit foundation without complying with any of the applicable laws.
You mean Don the Con actually paid Kellyanne for services rendered? Real money? Can this be right? There must be some explanation for this unusual action. Real money? There must be some scam there.
The picture thatās emerging of the GOP presidential nominee is that of a con man who feels entitled to have it all, often at the expense of others and/or the public, any or all legal impediments or restrictions be damned. However, it looks like the chickens may finally be coming home to roost as a result of the scrutiny that he has attracted by leaving the shadows and running for the most public and visible of all jobs, coupled with his erratic behaviorā¦
No one in the media had the time or interest to do the digging before. But now that theyāre uncovering it, Johnny Law is all ears. If Trumpās meddling ego had kept him from running for office, heād probably have gotten away with it, too!
Even when he actually does know better, even when everyone around him is trying to tell him not to do something, he does it anyway because his ego requires him to do so. This is a man 70 year old, wealthy man who literally couldnāt sleep at night because he was so upset over what a former Miss Universe said about him. This entire political campaign and all the time, effort, and money involved arose from the fact that President Obama humiliated him. The man has such thin skin and so many mental health issues that he constitutionally cannot make the best choice if the best choice isnāt the choice that has the most ego-stroking potential. Heās nuckinā futs.
