Discussion: Nunes Was On WH Grounds Day Before Making Bold Trump Surveillance Claims

I would suggest tossing the entire Trump clan into it, but Pele might just blow up the entire island if we tried that.

Unfortunately for the nation, Republicans value ideologically driven loyalty over functional competence.

Looks like someone needs tone put other oath and grilled by his own committee.

If Nunes signed in, then wouldn’t whoever he met have signed in?
This should limit the possible sources to those who signed in and staff, wouldn’t it? Another interesting question is who made arrangements for the source and Nunes to meet at somewhere on the White House grounds. That isn’t possible without some staff person setting up a private area for the two to get together, is it?

There is direct line to FSB newly installed in the WH. They don’t have one on the Hill yet.

In a statement released today, Cong. Nunes claimed his secret White House “lawn” meeting was to exchange “kishke” recipes with Jared Kushner.

If HRC was president we’d be talking about how the repig skkkum were trying to torpedo her. Instead we are talking about how the repig skkkum are trying to nuke 'Merka.

Who knew all that experience shoveling manure on the dairy farm would carry right over to being co-chair of the intelligence committee?

Can’t someone FOIA the visitor logs?

Nunes is an alumnus of the California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo, a/k/a Cal Poly SLO (as distinguished from Cal Poly Pomona). Both are ag/engineering schools. Cal Poly SLO is actually quite a good school. I can’t fathom how Nunes got through there.

What a complete tool he is.

Excellent report, it’s getting hot in here.

Missed it by that much.

To fall for such a blatant “canary sting” like this shows just what a dumbfuck he really is.

All they had to do was show him HIS NAME on a list of “suspects” and he went ape-shit about it.

What a fool.

Checking on Michele’s radishes no doubt…

If the reports are true, those uber moves are right out of a cheesy spy movie.

Nunes’ days in the House may well be numbered.

Voters in his district held a candle light vigil and hung “missing” posters of Nunes after his refusal to hold town hall meetings  . The local coverage of the event likely did some real damage.

Dont think this augurs well for his chances in 2018.

Nunes just told Wolf Blitzer that his rendezvous was not, in fact, in the dead of night but that it was “still daylight” and it was real casual, you know, he stopped and said hello to several “foreign dignitaries.”

Hmmm, foreign dignitaries? Maybe he ran into Sebastian Gorka in the rose garden in full dress uniform and thought he was a foreign dignitary?

What Hugh Dumf*ck has just told us is that our intelligence services were listening in on scumbags when said scumbags spoke with douchebags at Trump Tower. They are terrified it won’t end there, that someone will ask who were the respective ‘bags’ involved and what were they communicating about?

Putin’s Bitch was hailing leaks and leakers on the campaign trail … that sounds like suborning leaks to me. You opened the gates now I hope a Russian smoking gun is tossed out.
